For me this song describes love as an electrical storm. Something what is there, what you can feel and touch, what makes you cry and laugh and what is one of the most wanted things on earth. But you can´t see it, you can´t touch it - it is just there between those two people and this is definetly an electrical storm. |

I am sure that there is a certain deeper meaning in this song but here is mine (And sorry, for me it is the best): 2002 and two I went to NY and been to Harlem. Friend lives there and at night we have been to a party. Met a girl and I think I felt in love with her. We had "something" for 5 days and so she is still in my mind as my "Angel of Harlem". And beleive me she still ist. Today we are just writing E-Mails. I am from Europe, so - long way. But always when I hear that song it makes me................. Jamila, if you ever read this, this is your song - I hope th others don´t mind. |

For me it is both of it. About Drugs and without Drugs this song gives a sense to me. You can, if you don´t take the word like they are written, do your own interpretation. Because today there are more "Drugs" that should come out.......... "You got to cry without weeping Talk without speaking Scream without raising your voice" means to me that there are people suffering in silence but we should hear them. We have to hear them. After i realized that this sond is about drugs I can´t hear it anymore. A friend died of that... Take care. |

This song means a lot to me. It explains how hard love can be when you are together. That it is not easy living together and that you have to give a lot. And when it is over that it hurts. THe last sentence is one of the most important to me:"Yes I did it for love - for love - oh I did it for love" Today we all live to much for tomorrow and we are all not living in today. And if there is the love we want we would either give it up before taking the risk that we all should take. Isn´t it that what we are living for? |
