i think this version of the song is better than the first part. i just like the lyrics better.
the emotion in both of them is incredible tho, theres so much raw hatred and angst coming from the teen to his father. and how the father uses things against him in different ways. being 18 makes him a kid in one verse, but a few lines later, it makes him grown up. this song is amazing |

this song is supposively about some stuff about the pyramids and egypt. if you look at the lyrics you see the connections. "your stairway lies on the whispering wind" - the pyramids now resemble stairs and theyre on the edge of the dessert (whispering wind?) also there is mention of "the may queen" another name for the famous pharoah cleopatra. theres some more stuff in there too that if your really into zeppelin is worth looking at |

this song, along with ever so sweet and sunday drive, have to be three of the best acoustic pieces in a long time. all of them have such emotion and depth in them that dont compare to most of the stuff out today. and no matter what, ace enders voice never ceases to amaze |
