I think its about that the singing person is in love with some1 but that person doesnt love him back. THey just wanne stay friends or something but he wants more 'THe love is not unconditional' You can fold it up but you won’t forget You can strike a match but it still might not light Now I’m the one that’s stuck inside, the silver cage The bird that can’t fly away this bit refers to how he can try to hide the fact that he's in love but it wont go away and that he can try to get a relationship going but it just wont happen etc. Thats what this song means to me |
