It is true... "You have it or you don't" ... it's that simple "This is me with the words on the tip of my tongue and my eye through the scope down the barrel of a gun" Refers to how close he is to being there but how much pressure he feels...hence him comparing it to having a gun to his head... "Rest the weight you've had your chance and folded Don't hold your breath because you'll only make things worse" Simple again, someone had a chance, and couldn't fulfill ... and now they are holding their breath with hope which will only make things worse in the end... :) Peace |

This song is so catchy. It's so easy to listen to Adam repeating the same line over and over and over and over and over. And it's so sweet. Haha, I love it! Anyone who would like this song... AIM - absitinvidia16 Yahoo - absitinvidia16@yahoo.com MSN - uber__1337@hotmail.com :) Hit me up. |

This song IS an amazing track... Easily understood...and really true lines... My favorite..."Damn, we used to think money was white." I'm not from a ghetto or anything but I was adopted and I know what it's like to just sit outside a locked house for hours.... |

This song is amazing...others have pretty much described it well enough...but "Around this turn where the cross will cast your shadow The people will all gather To remember such a day where the flames grew as high as trees And the world stopped just for you and me" I just think about all that happening...I can picture it...very rarely can I do that with a song...and when Spencer screams "the world stopped just for you and me" is like ;x Amazing...yay for emokids. |

Here's my kiss to betray desperate to brush the lips of grace. This is clearly about Judas Iscariot...in the bible he was paid a very small amount of money to identify Jesus by kissing him on the cheek...I don't enjoy church at all even though I have to go every Sunday but UnderOath are opening a whole new meaning to it all... Do you feel hollow when you think of how I've lied? Oh sweet angel of mercy with your grace like the morning wrap your loving arms around me. He's definately regretting it and realizing what he has done... At the end when they sing about coming home to Jesus it might also mean how Judas ran out and attempted suicide...he failed and succeeded...his meant to hang himself but instead the rope snapped and he fell down a huge cliff...he was probably feeling an unbearable amount of guilt... I am pretty sure what I said is right though..I could be wrong.. -Jesse |
