Boy Kill Boy – Suzie Lyrics 19 years ago
I wonder, are they inspired by the Smiths at all? This song reminds me of them alot.

30 Seconds to Mars – The Kill Lyrics 19 years ago
I'm with Raw1 on this one. : )

Namely because it's really how I'm feeling right now, and I agree, I think this is about someone who's trying so hard to be something for someone- but it doesn't make a difference, because that someone just doesn't want the same thing. Whether thats because they just don't want a relationship or just the person... you know.

Either way, it's a killer.

Feeder – Tell All Your Friends Lyrics 19 years ago
I love this song, It's my favourite Feeder track and its a shame this hasn't got more comments!

Meanings kinda self explanitory, really. And I agree with superpants. I wish this was written about me!

Tapping The Vein – Beautiful Lyrics 19 years ago
Yeah, Denial, definately! I kinda thought this was about some sort of sexual attack, and the girl thinking this can't be happening to her, she's too beautiful.

Nelly Furtado – Saturdays Lyrics 19 years ago
I really love this song. It's got such a nice feeling about it, especially the one they put on the albumn. It's just like 'yeah, this is my life, this is my day- and that's alright'.

The Smiths – William, It Was Really Nothing Lyrics 19 years ago
nightandday summed it up perfectly.

This is ~definately~ about Billy Liar, you just have to watch it to see.

Sia – Breathe Me Lyrics 19 years ago
I always just felt this song was about feeling so alone you can't stand it, but having no other choice- and she's calling out for someone, anyone, to take care of her. Look after her. See how she's really feeling.

I feel like this quite alot.

We Are Scientists – It's A Hit Lyrics 19 years ago
I know exactly what this song means. Well, at least from my perspective, because this is baisically exactly my life right now.

To me it's about, well, a party. More a couple of close friends at a party that maybe had something verging on a romance- and then, as always happens, people get drunk and there's this huge mellodrama. Maybe they were getting it together, and suddenly she's running away saying 'no! We're friends!'

Baisically, somethings gone wrong, and it's all too confusing for him- he doesn't really know what he did, or even what's going on, because there's all sorts of things going on in her head he doesn't know about.

To be honest, I've been right there in that situation too many times- both sides. It's that feeling of total party drama confusion, coupled up with not thinking rationally because you've been drinking.

That's what I thought, anyway.
