i think it means that there was a girl who meant alot to his guy and they have been together for five years, but on their fith year of their anniversary she confesses to the guy that maybe she cheated on him or something tragic and he loved her so much that he forgives her and still loves her but she wanted to take a break for they were part for a month and the guy like still loves her but she wants him to let her go and forget about her. and hes doing that because he cares about her |
