this is a really funny song, they went all out on instrumentation, then at the end, DJ's friend Dallas (who says Sandwhich in a funny way) says Sandwhich and the song ends...it isnt really about anything |

I agree with Jakebert, Zen Arcade was awesome, and I love it, but New Day Rising is good too, they both are kick ass albums...welll all of Husker Du's stuff is aweosme, but I especially love thoes two albums in particualr. |

Basically, well I think, the song is apparently about someone apologizing to someone and expecting an apology back, and the "speaker" is waiting for this apology..hence "so now we sit around staring at the walls"... and also this line is showing the akwardness while expecting an apology.. That is my opionion, but then again alot of songs have double meanings. |
