I think this song is about current views towards the US Government, and the so called "War On terror". Total bullshit, we have traded in our souls for so called protection. Protection from what? The scary "alkadders" as bush says. It's all bullshit, learn to see through them.

I still don't quite see how pepito is part of the song, but seems logical that the line is about him.
Wiki also has this in there article about his life, that it is thought Jeff was refering to him in this song. I think maybe he mean't Pepito was anne frank in a former life, and that life never ends for someones soul, that the next life is just around the corner whoever you may turn out to be. |

Its already been said this song is not clenser, Among many internet communities, the fifth track, "Untitled 05" was said to be a song called "Cleanser" simply because it matched a descrption Jesse gave in an interview to Krock2's Domestic Disturbance of being "7 minutes long". This was proven to not be the song "Cleanser" when it was announced on AbsolutePunk.net through an interview with MenWomanAndChildren, that after hearing the final album, none of the demos were on it, but a song titled "Cleanser" was. This proved that "Untitled 05" was wrongly titled "Cleanser" back in January 2006.
