A friend of me died in a car accident. This was a song they played at his funeral. And when you think of the pain his parents have felt (and probably still feel), this is a very touching song. He was only 17 years old, he still had his whole life in front of him. "'Cause even when I dream of you, the sweetest dream will never do. I'd still miss you and I don't wanna miss a thing.", They will never have their son back and will never know what he could have done with his life. So I think it's not necessary a 'loving' song. For me, it'll always be a sad song that will remind me of the pain you feel when you loose someone close to you.

Great song! I think it's about a friend. But the friend told lies about him. & Everybody believes his friend. But he looks op to his friend, he can't let him go after all. So he starts to believe the lies. But after all, it's driving him nuts so he lets his friend go. Something like that I think ^^. Joost Zwegers rocks! |
