@xgitanjalix I do not agree with your arguments... As it is pretty clear from the lyrics that he has never been with her... There is a third line after the two lines you ripped from the context: Such an ugly thing Someone so beautiful And everytime you're on his side => if you add the third line, the ugly thing appears to be the other guy (her boyfriend?)... (at least in my interpretation!) and the other line you used to support the cheating argument: True or false it may be She's still out to get me => I interpret it as that he can't stop loving/liking her, even though he knows she has that other guy. And hey, it is a woman ;) Women 'know' if someone has a crush on them (that is how she is 'getting' him => she is teasing him, playing with him, and, as a guy, he is so naive that he always falls for her again) Anyway, it is just my interpretation... And that's so cool about songs -> you can interpret lyrics like you want it to be. Ooh: and hell yeah, his accent is realllly awesome!!! (yeah, Rotown, Rotterdam, looking forward to it!) |

I think it is about taking the first step and wishful thinking... Everyone knows the feeling of meeting a special person, but you do not know her/his (name). You are to shy to ask and will try to get confidence by thinking that the person is also falling for you... I think the arguments for 'cheating' are crap |
