this is my favorite song from them: so he's gonna call it a night since she's not coming.... if she came they would have a good time, vacation.... it pretty clear. "you woke me from a long sleep" before he met her he was in a bad spot and now he's almost back in that tough position he was in b4 he met her (since she's rejecting/ignoring him)... i think that the "secrets at night" are voices he hears or urges to end his life. thats y he said "i thought i was dead...but there'll be no more waiting" he wants to kill himself but he doesnt go through with it cuz he thinks she's gonna make things better...but he's wrong |
