The song is pretty much simple to sort through and get the meaning. It's pretty clear, dontcha think? I'll explain anyway because it's one of my favorites to listen to when I need to get clear headed. 'I believe the sun should never set upon an argument I believe we place our happiness in other people's hands' Daftcat was right. "Sun should never set upon an argument" is basically saying 'Don't ever go to bed mad, cause it'll be worse in the morning.' "Place our happiness in other people hands' is true as well. We tend to depend on other people to make us happy... to make the day better when in fact it's up to ourselves to make it all better. "I believe you can't appreciate real love until you've been burned." You'll never know what love is until you've been hurt/heartbroken. You'll never appreciate that someone in your life until you've been hurt by a previous loved one.. 'cause then you'll realize that love is an important thing. |
