This may be a coincidence, but the title "a quitter" is french for "to leave". This just makes an even stronger argument for all the people here who think it's about suicide. |

One of my favorite TBM songs. The line "And he will save us now" made me first think of a jesus-like figure or even a cult leader. But the lyrics suggest something much, much darker. Satan? The Antichrist? This song is definitely open for interpretation. |

This song centers around the same girl the song "Vestina" is about. Chris threw a huge party and invited alot of local musicians to it. His friend was wore a big, red, feather boa to the party. And for days afterward Chris was finding red feathers all over his house. |

The presidents are from Seattle, and here there's an idependently-published weekly magazine called "The Stranger". In the magazine there are movie reviews, concert info, and personal ads. There's also one section called "I Saw You" or somthing. In it people can try and get in contact with people they met or saw in the area. All the lyrics from this song are actually taken from the magazine. |
