Ok, its a little obvious, but "seems i keep getting this story twisted
so where's Neil when you need him" is a refference to Neil Gaiman, and "Where's Neil When You Need Him" is the name of the new Neil Gaiman Tribute Album coming in june (?) and with Sister Named Desire By tori on it. |

yeah, there's a Neil refference on every one of her albums somewhere, and it's always Gaiman. they became fiends after this song, and are still really close. |

just to say, Tori will be supplying ths song to a tribute albumto Neil Gaiman, called "Wheres Neil When you Need Him?" ( itself a tori amos song lyric) and that the song, at least partially, refferences Neil Gaiman's Seminal Sandman series. |
