I heard "And your making your hand work" (other card playing reference)... but the actual lyrics make more sense. I agree with th3pianoplay3r and in a way orthatzsokewl... it is about someone recovering from a tragedy, for me... someone coming out of a deep depression and posable suicide attempt, getting their life back on track. The way the music picks up at the end makes me feel like things are looking up and going to be OK. |

Does no one else think the ending about "Danny" is sung from the other guys point of view? There is a different sound to those lines. I feel the song deals with the confusion of falling in love with someone who is struggling with their identity. |
