Probably my favourite song off 'The Invitation' album. The lyrics are quite depressing, but I am quite intrigued by the line: "what a great game, I found it in my grave'- what does it mean? Yeah, as snowiersmack says, I think the song may be about lack of confidence and maybe how we follow/rely on others when we have no direction in our lives? x |

Great song with equally great music! Although a slight error on one of the lines. The line: 'Trying to break the cold' I think is actually: "trying to break the code" because its talking about the numbers and the song is called 'Ones and Zeros' which are binary code. Anyway, not sure what the song is about, can anyone shed some light? x |

| This is my best song on X&Y, its so catchy and the music is brill:-) I thought it was about heartbreak/disappointment, that was until I saw the video for it! I have to agree with sunner8 on the fact that the video is weird, SO not what I expected it to be like! I certainly wasn't expecting it to have an 84 year old woman demonstrate just how flexible she is! lol! Chris Martin looks cool in his aviator sunglasses and white jacket though.
