i absolutely love this song, i even choose it to play for my piano exam. anyways, i don't think there is any use getting into the technicalities of what this song means, because it is pointless. Imagine is simple and great and explains itself. The line where it says " imagine no religion" i believe doesn't mean John was antichrist, as religion seems to be the start of many wars and conflicts,he's saying to imagine that because if there was no religion then there wouldn't be as much war and there'd be more peace. sorry i had to give my view on that line. im new on here, but, i'm amazed so little people have commented on this song. I love Love this song, along with the rest of John's songs. It should be special to all woman. I remember at the start of the video for this, he says this is for Yoko but all Women as well. I think that it is so cool he thought so highly of women. |
