this song has always been my favorite song. to me, it is about a crush. a young woman that loses her virginity to those "christian boys." she trusts them "billy" and they take her most precious thing. she learns to let it go even though her heart is broken. i especially like the reference to the "peach" and the "nine inch nails." I agree. That is a symbol of her losing her virginity. this song still hits me hard. it's so deep. |
