Saw B.E. last night - Soma - San Diego. Conor didn't say much but for this song he says " This is a song about being reborn, dedicted to my friend xxx who was landlocked in Omaha and moved to the coast to become a surfer, and now he is" - something along those lines.. so Nickzombieee isn't far off about rebirth/karma etc |

I don't know the full meaning of the song but Tom Banjo refers to Tom Azarian - a banjo player who lives in Vermont and used to play with David Grisman who often played mandolin with Jerry..a good review of the song can be found

I haven't read anything on here (from my desk mind you) that states there is hatred for 'anyone' with a desk job, or anything of the sort. There certainly is a sense of disconnect between 'artists' and 'desk jockeys' that goes both ways...maybe part of this song is tryin to express that frustration.
