| The Main Ingredient – Everybody Plays The Fool Lyrics | 20 years ago |
|
this song is so true. the line "And now you cry but when you do Next time around someone cries for you" goddamn that is a good lyric. its messed up how it works out like that, but it does. and also the line "there's no guarantee that the one you love Is gonna love you" this song helped me get through some hard times, and it actually made me feel better. i realized that Shit happens, and it happens to the best of us sometimes. But EVERYBODY plays the fool. |

| Misfits – Helena Lyrics | 20 years ago |

my chemical romance or fucking manufactured pussies with no originality. its blasphemy to ever put there name even in the same sentence as Misfits. This is a good song considering the new lineup without Danzig, but the original Misfits are legendary and no one would ever be able to recreate it again, not even Danzig. This song is about the movie "Boxing Helena" in which a doctor amputates the arms and legs of a woman he loves. Misfits are trying to stay in the style of making songs off of shitty horror films. I like the song though |

| Daniel Jordan – Escape from Babylon Lyrics | 20 years ago |

these lyrics express the true feelings of isolation, during the time he created the concept "the stranger" the song was also written and recorded during the massive binging that took place during the recording sessions in San Francisco. if you can decifer some of the lyrics they all have a meaning towards one event or another Making many refrences to an ecstasy trip in the summer of 05' that marked a pivotal turning point. also the song "Rain on me" was the first track on his last album "The Twilight" |

| Daniel Jordan – Bed like a grave Lyrics | 20 years ago |
|
the beggining lines are obviously from "notes from the underground" as it is stated. "Notes..." is one of the first existentialist books ever made, it inspired the existentialist movement. "She suddenlly takes off her hat, shakes her black hair back and then smiles the self-taught man studies them at great lengths with "the look in his eye" and I dont know what he thinks" Those lines are taked from "Nausea" by Sartre, another famous existential book Thus the line "Im nauseated in the underground" This is the 2nd version of the song, the original version is a rarity of Daniel reciting both books over the beat |
