I kinda agree, loads of people always say that a band has to 'mature' and that singing about realtionships is lame. I disagree, i think tbs has sung about relationships in the past and done it so good and so emotionally graphical that they avoided the lame factor of it, MakeDamnSure is obviously about a relationship and is very good! After my first few listens to this song i just think it lacks a bit direction compared to pretty mch the whole first album and most of the second! TBS still awesome tho and going to see them 2 nights in a row in May! |

This is the best song ive heard from 'louder now' only heard a couple tho! Its up with the best songs on the last two albums aswell - classic tbs as i think someone else said! First its 'bring' you down so badly. I think its about how he's below the girl socially speaking and he would do anything to turn the tables and have her looking up to him instead. |

I think this song is awesome, by far the best october fall song ive heard. "so here I stand with broken bones trying hard to make you smile" - i think this means that the happiness that was once in the relationship has now gone and 'broken bones' is used to describe how he has no power to change it as much as he'd want to and as much he could have done in the past. |
