Once again, T-Pain is everywhere. Not a big rap or R&B guy but heard this song on someones MySpace and instantly recognized Kanye's voice (one of the only hip-hop artists I can respect). Considering it's T-Pain, I'm guessing this is a song of his new album? |

Love this band, or duo. I don't really bother analyzing their songs when I listen to them, much more enjoyable to just chill too and take in all of the awesome beats and notes.

Emo music begajn with bands like Rites of Spring and Sunny Day Real Estate, who were around at the same time as toad, but are not included in the same category because they're DIFFERENT. It was just a great song to me, until I heard the extended live versions, now I'm pretty sure it's the most amazing song I've ever listened to.
Anyone know where I can find the full lyrics to the extended ~11min version. I'm about to start listening to it word by word and writing them down, if I have to. |

Could mean a lot of things. I relate to it mostly like hwm's explanation.
What it reminds me of is when I took a cruise one afternoon up in the hill country, with a certain girl on my mind. I kept seeing this amazing views, and kept telling myself "Man, when the right night comes, I gotta bring her up here so we can watch the stars (or fireworks in this song's case), together."
So when I hear this song, I'm reminded of that day, imagining how awesome it would be to bring that girl up there with me next time to enjoy those views together. |

Is this the second version they recorded? I assumed it was the first because the recording sounds a lot rougher and less polished. I like this version better though. The guitar work is awesome, the guitar riffs remind me of some Alexisonfire tracks, minus the scene ;p |
