The lyrics are not : "It's so perfect with a perfect kiss from your lips It's so perfect with a loving embrace" Instead they are : "It's arriving in a wave of violence it's arriving with an elegant grace". I think the song is clearly about humanity's (particularly those in charge) embracing total/self-destruction and HTDA's acceptance of this. Welcome oblivion. |

He is saying if the christian god is considered 'real', then the world is shit because god hates man, not god hates man because he is shit. | I believe you are right, especially considering the jacket which is dominated by black with a yellow and red stripe, exactly like a german flag with the colours out of proportion as described by the song. Misinterpretations of the lines "it's a star in tonight's tale" and "it's not that cold, it's not cold at all" had me completely puzzled lol. | |
