In terms of the lyrics of this song, I always thought it was "to my dear Juliet" but that doesn't make much sense if its Russian Roulette, so "to find you, Juliet" makes plenty of sense. Oh, and ThankYouFortheScars, it was also released more than a year as a song on their myspace along with another version of As You're Falling Down. Great song, I love it. |

[/quote] New here, couldn't be bothered to read through everything, but a few posts I did read. That is one I thought I'd comment on; I don't think it's just about US going into Iraq (if that's the war we're discussing) and the people of that country suffering, but also the people here in America. That the government, and those that have majority control of 'the system' and the country are focused on that area, Iraq. So while they are somewhat helping the people over there, there are some of us left here with absoultely nothing. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that we aren't worse off, because we aren't, but that if you actually took time and walked the streets, you would see many more poor people than you think, and buildings and full towns that need reconstruction. Maybe before butting your way into others' affairs 100%, make sure your own residents are Ok. Look at this site, specifically the pie chart [ http://www.warresisters.org/piechart.htm ], notice how much is going into military? Help out the people that aren't privileged with the amount of money it takes to live in this country... Just my two cents. =) |
