not only does this song completely kick ass, it has the tightest video i have ever seen. everyone should see it, and i cannot imagine how hard it was to edit this video, there must be 20 different scene changes and changes of location within the chorus alone. wow absolutely incredible video |

This song really shows what a lot of artists go through before making it big. The day to day struggle to survive is something I can't relate to yet it is so meaningful and insprirational. When I actually listened to the lyrics, I was hit pretty hard. He loves this girl so much and he wants such a good life for her, just as he does for his father, who he cannot let go of. He takes the responsibility of caring for him, and this song really makes you think there is always something good to hold onto out there. Great expression of feelings.... |

I think this song is in a way describing the differences between men and women. The x & y go together so beautifully yet there are so many challenges and obstacles in the way. He wants it to work out so badly yet something's straining it. This song is so hypnotizing and paints such a beautiful picture but it's bittersweet. The first thing that came to my mind was him floating into outerspace and coming across a satellite, and the part where he is singing the oooo's, i see him singing them into the satellite, which broadcasts it thru all means of communication across the world, and everyone just stops and listens, in awe of it all, somehow connecting with his thoughts..... pretty deep i guess but this song just captivates me, its incredible |
