After listening to this basically all i day i couldnt wait to come home and see if others had posted a comment on here. im glad they did.
at first i thought it was about bush. then i thought mayber not. now after reading the lyrics over and over i believe it is about bush
reasons why:
"I've no remorse for what I did
It was for the benefit of man, I made the utmost sacrifice Before more damage could be done I took his life"
what i get out of this is how when bush was governor of texas he had many people executed even those that were mentally handicaped. and he does this without any remorse. also how he started an unjust war based on lies and had shipped out troops to die for HIS war. many of them would end up dying
another reason:
"Beady eyes rolled back in head, the body dropped from the poison"
some else has pointed that out.
Also:

What i get out of this is well i think the cant erase my sneer is about how bush facial expression are always the same thing. kinda just. idk how to describe it but hopefully you understand. the last part what i think is that only a small group of people are angry hes being killed(screaming) and the rest of the world is glad (cheering)
as for the ending i think its another person being killed and hes just a normal average person who helped put to bush to death. and the last few lines are about how when everything is aleardy been planed out and so cheny and than take over and it be it all over again
i hope that makes sense to anyone i think it does for me but who knows
