For me hardcore music is not epitomized by memorable choruses, rather a great breakdown is what I look for. Haste the Day's breakdowns do not stand out as much in relation to the rest of the parts of the songs (verse, chorus, solo, etc.) due to there being catchy melodic choruses, whereas if you look at a band like Parkway Drive who does not use melodic choruses one can easily see why loving breakdowns is necessary to properly appreciate hardcore music. I am insulted that you think I only listen to music with breakdowns, because that would be very close-minded of me. I also only break repairable things. |

I agree with Bassist in that this song is about dealing with death. I also believe it is a plea to the Lord to rescue us from death. On a side note, this song really exemplifies drummer Marc Kohlbury's skill. The double bass run at "Bury me with you" is pretty dang good and reminds me of old AILD. |

I believe the name for this song was taken from a restaurant DTR dined at during the recording of this album. In one of their myspace blogs it says the following: "Hey there friends, family, and people just stopping by. We have been here in Baltimore, Maryland recording for the past two weeks. It has been incredible. We are recording with producer Brian McTernan(Thrice, Circa Survive, The Bled) and putting all of our heads/hearts together to create the new album. We've had a chance to explore this amazing city quite a bit, and we are loving it. Most noteably, we have been eating at a little resturaunt called Isabella's(in Little Italy) at least once a day. Best food we've ever had. Period." |
