I think this song is big FUCK YOU to everybody. I think they're trying to say We're not emo, punk, rock or shit.
We're a band that makes music, and we will do the unexpacted so DO NOT put us in a nicely labelled box!!!!!!!!! We will do what we want! |

I agree with you completely. It's like thinking 'Hey, this is my happily ever after!' and then realising it wasn't, no matter how much you wanted it to be, it just all falls down... It's my favourite song she has written this far. She's making herself so vulnerable, being completely honest about how hurt and dissapointed she really got. Interesting name, cakeandsodomy69, what was the inspiration? |

| My Chemical Romance – It's Not A Fashion Statement, It's A Fucking Deathwish Lyrics

This song reminds me of that part in 'Corpse Bride' where the guy says: 'You cannot be together untill death do you part, since death has already parted you. You can only be together if he dies.' or something like that. Actually, a lot of the songs on this cd reminds me of that... This is my favourite song, though. |

I think that MAN, WOMAN, and THOUSAND CORPSES thing is like a twisted humty dumpty: The WOMAN HE loved sat on the wall, SHE took the plunge and THEY lost it all, and all the MAN'S prayers, and THE CORPSES OF A THOUSAND EVIL MEN couldn't ever bring them back together again. Maybe it's just a guideline to the songs, rather than the plot??? |

Scratch that. I think if you read it together: angels of God, angels unknown, It sounds as if the angels (mercy) of God is unknown to him. Still, as a last resort he prays to God to send his angels (mercy) to his loved one in her hour of need, even though he is uncertain of it himself. |

i really don't think 'angels unknown' means angels from hell. I mean if he wanted the saints to protect this person, he probably does not want demons to come and get her/him? I think 'angels unknown' means something like help or guidance from where you never expected to get any. Like a sunray through clouds on a rainy day. You never expected it to happen, but when it does it cheers you up for some absurd reason. Like the poem by e.e. cummings; when strangers meet... |
