| Coldplay – 42 Lyrics | 17 years ago |
|
The number 42 is the album length of Viva La Vida or Death And All His Friends. It also is supposed to the number of life according to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I think the song is really just a mesh up of ideas without any real meaning behind them, just how life can be a mesh of rather random and meaningless moments. |

| Sufjan Stevens – What Goes On (The Beatles cover) Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| Sufjan really made this song his own. I wish this was written by Ringo but it was written mostly by John Lennon. | |
| Fall Out Boy – Sugar, We're Goin Down Lyrics | 18 years ago |
|
This song is retarded and I would've never guessed what it was about without reading the lyrics. I have no idea what the singer is saying. The music itself is so sugary boring that there's no way I can listen to this and take it seriously. The theatrics of it are far too indulgent on the writer's part. It makes no sense how much people eat this garbage up. |

| Arcade Fire – Intervention Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
I think this song is about religion. It's about being a soldier in the army of the Lord. God asks everything from you. It's about turning to atheism. Hear the soldier groan, we'll go it all alone. We'll go without God. They say that hell is the absence of God. I've heard people argue about the need for God because it's a lonely world without him. |

| Bee Gees – Edison Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
This is a great song! The overall listening experience is amazing and the vocal harmonies are cool. The song is obviously about Thomas Edison, inventor of the light bulb. He also helped to develop the electrical systems we use today. I think subliminaly the song is about technology and the wonder that comes with it. Edison made his contribution (he's here to stay) Who will be next? (But it's someone else's turn.) |

| Roy Orbison – Oh, Pretty Woman Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| I can't believe this song only has a few comments. It's a classic from one of the greats of the past. | |
| George Harrison – Got My Mind Set On You Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| I really enjoy this song. It's meant to be fun and I think that goal was achieved. I can't say whether or not George Harrison was sacraficing his so-called "artisticness" for a commercial hit but the quality of the song is just fine. | |
| Bee Gees – Horizontal Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| This song is musically genius! I think the lyrics give it a suicidal notion but the music is almost dreamy. It's as if the singer is happy to go away. | |
