Oh My God I LOVE PANIC! AT THE DISCO !!!!! and this song is definately one of my favourites along side with lying is the most fun..etc and its time to dance, but all there songs are AMAZING! anyways, my understanding is basically what everyone else has said, he's singing about going to a party where he see's an ex, and he is showing her how better off he is without her and how much he is changed, & by the "havent u heard that im the new cancer never looked better and u cant stand it" i think this means he's the new thing everyones talking about he's all popular and she cant stand how well he is doing without her. it all comes together.. and yeah thats what i think its basically all about. |
