Obviously it's not abotu a wayward child. Whoever said it was about messing up a relationship was really close. xsilentscream22 is the closest. The song IS about Jesus Christ and His redeeming act on the cross, and how the writer feels conviction for his sin, because sin puts you outside the presence of God, hence the song's opening verse. Obviously this band's a Christian band, who write about Christian issues. I don't really like them, but they're devoting their time to Christ, so props to them. |
