Wow; I thought there would be more comments. I love this song; at first I didnt really know the lyrics besides the chours so I loved it but then as I started to listen to the rest of the words. It's very visual in a sweet song lol. "Maybe she will hear it when we scream and shout And we will keep it rocking until she comes knocking" -my favorite line in the song lol. |

I feel this is a song about a person seeing a friend who is struggling through tought times ... "I know this really isn't you I know your heart is somewhere else And I'll do anything I can to help you break out of the spell I see you following your crowd I know you're trying to fit in" ...she is trying to tell her friend that even though you are going through changes i'll be there for you. And she prays that everything is okay and god will be there sending her her message. =) i love this song |

I agree with campbc; this song is definitly about the suffering of Africa, I think this song is playing a huge part for Bono's ONE campaign (which everyone should join) it's to help people understand poverty problems & global aids in other parts of the world. And no, I don't really think this is a relationship song as many have thought it was. |
