actually, i take that back. i'm still overcome by hearing NEW atreyu. frankly, the new album has nothing to compete with tracks like demonology, and this flesh a tomb. i'm dissapointed. |

yeh, ive got the new album leaked. all of it. its good. follows on from the curse nicely. fuck yeh, B12, we do want black metal. but that was never atreyu. deathgrip showcases a more mature, refined style. better balance of screaming and singing, without the loss of originality. alex sounds great, and brandon rocks as usual. some crazy riffs too. no complaints. still yet to be blown away with the track listing, but ive only had a brief listen. |

atreyu mean big to me. i'm undecided about this song. its really infectious, but i mean fuck, alex hits a scream like twice. but i still can't see them going soft, cause 'her portrait in black,' sounds like it has serious black metal influences. |
