| Dave Matthews Band – The Last Stop Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Why didn't anyone think this song was about the Holocaust? The Nazi's could be looked at as the "chosen ones" cause in their minds thats what they believed. . . It talks about fire, and the burning of people. Cremotoriums? "The Last Stop" could be the camps. Besides, it mentions nothing even close to religion in this song, yet it does mention war. I don't know what this song is about, just that is an alternate view than the crisis in the Middle East of crusifiction of Jesus. | |

Tons of stories floating around about this one. . . I don't know if this has anything to do with the song itself, but I feel the song has some kind of references to human death, listen to the end of the song on the Weekend on the Rocks CD. . . notice the music at the end sounds EXACTLY like the music at the end of the movie Scarface. Coincidence? |

| Dave Matthews Band – Warehouse Lyrics | 20 years ago |

I'm from the Charlottesville area where Dave got his start [actually about 30 minutes away from his home] and I always believed this song was about a club he played numerous gigs at in the early 90s called Trax. It has sense been torn down, and it was in a warehouse type building. . . I always thought this song was written in tribute to Trax giving him his start in music. Thank god for Trax, without it. . . Dave never would have gotten his start! |
