| Craig David – Seven Days Lyrics | 13 years ago |
| In 2012 this song is still my jaaaaam. | |
| The Civil Wars – I've Got This Friend Lyrics | 13 years ago |
| I really love this song. I thought the lyric was, "He's hidden his heart away," not "hid in his hardened way," but I like both. :) | |
| Ryan Adams – My Winding Wheel Lyrics | 14 years ago |
|
@a town like paris: why would he want her to BE that? bugoff is correct. |
|

|
| Glen Hansard & Markéta Irglová – When Your Mind's Made Up Lyrics | 16 years ago |
|
the lyrics in the first verse are: so if you ever want something and you call, call *** then i'll come running to fight and i'll be at your door when there's nothing worth running for |
|
| Pitbull – I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho) Lyrics | 16 years ago |

| Kris Allen – No Boundaries Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| congratulations to kris allen. he has a very bright future ahead of him if he plays his cards right! | |
| Kanye West – Heartless Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| i like this song a whole lot, but was kris allen's stripped down version not breathtaking??? i agree with randy jackson, it was far better than the original. | |
| Ray LaMontagne – Crazy Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| actually, he says, "my heroes have the heart to lose their lives, i wanna live." | |
| Ray LaMontagne – Please Lyrics | 16 years ago |

| Jason Mraz – The Dynamo of Volition Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| grrrreat song, probably the best on we sing, we dance, we steal things. | |
| Jason Mraz – Butterfly Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| i really think this song is about a stripper... the reference to the pole, plus the entire song is just dripping with sexual references - not so subtly either. | |
| Joe Cocker – Feelin' Alright Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| he may not write his own songs, but his covers (typically) are much better than the originals. this song; case in point. | |
| Coldplay – Strawberry Swing Lyrics | 17 years ago |
|

|
| Lil' Wayne – Lollipop Lyrics | 17 years ago |
|
lil wayne is a genius. he is a much better rapper than this song would suggest, but he (and his producers and record label) know how to sell albums. so everyone who is saying that lil wayne isn't talented have no idea what they're talking about. throughout his ten year career, he has already proven that he can flow; at this point he's just taking advantage of the system. that being said, i love this song. |
|
| Madonna – 4 Minutes Lyrics | 17 years ago |
|
i'm more of a justin timberlake than a madonna fan. i love his parts in this song, particularly: "keep it up, keep it up, don't be a pri(hey)ma donna." madonna needs to call it quits already. she is trying very hard not to appear the decrepit 49-year-old she is by pairing with a hotass talent like jt, and after the debacle with britney spears, she's failing miserably. |
|
| The Roots – The Seed (2.0) Lyrics | 17 years ago |

| this video is totally reminiscient of a clockwork orange, ya crazies! | |
| The B-52's – Cake Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| this song is about sex. | |
| Atmosphere – Fuck You Lucy Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| when he says, "fuck you lucy for defining my existence," he's talking about his previous album, lucy ford, for defining his status in the eyes of fans/critics. | |
| Atmosphere – The Abusing of the Rib Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| ... meaning it is not a "love song." | |

| Citizen Cope – D'Artagnan's Theme Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
these lyrics are incomplete. the rest: i'm thieving pirates out of gold that they stole from the queen stole from a man whose favorite hand is one that he will always land well, i'm building this levee by the mississippi before i die in an unmarked grave well, i don't know how else to say it in a different way why don't you just fade away 'cause there's a battle going on down south of babylon so why don't you just fade away yeah, i don't know how else to say it in a different way but why don't you just fade away 'cause there's a battle going on down south of babylon so why don't you just fade away |
|
| Acceptance – Glory/Us Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| i think this song can also be interpreted spiritually, referring to a human's relationship with God and experiencing His glory. it may not be the way it was intended, but it can definitely be seen that way. | |
| The B-52's – Lava Lyrics | 20 years ago |
|
this song is one of the b-52's best - but really, you can't go wrong with them. oh, and this song? it's about sex. duh. |
