ok firstly, isn't this site songs and their meanings? not oh this is one of there best song ever?
anywho, the guitars actually have a delay for all of you idiots who cant pick that out. and why do pearl jam need to be angry and frustrated? there musicians and they write about there emotions, are they always gonna be pissed off?
i belive matt cameron wrote this to his wife. but then again if you listen to it, it reminds me of a couple, who were once together, and then the female breaks up with the male, but he cant let go cos he;s obsessive. it sounds like he's making a vowe of his love to her and is unwilling to let go and its scaring the girl. it seems like a song about a stalker.

hmm eskimo 8 seemed to not actually tell us what the meaning of this song is about though. this wall was actually roger waters wanting to build a wall between him and his fans during concerts lol, not to hide form otuside pressures. tell us what teh meaning of this song is about, not teh album or anything else :D so cut it out |

dont you guys think that some times musicians, write lyrics to like, have there audience relate to it. i know that i have a very string personal meaning to this song. and it has nothign to do with religeon. some times a song is written fro you to give it its own meaning, fro you to interpreate it. |

this is about some one who obiously understands many things, but now one a) notices them and b) cares. hence the name shadow on the sun, there cant be a shodow on a the sun, the sun is the source of light. therefor it/they cant exist |

dear mr dancing bears. NO ONE FRIGGIN CARES ABOUT WHETEHER THE GUITAR WORK TOUCHED YOU MORE THAN THE LYRICS. sure maybe its true and the instrumentals did touch you mroe. but this is a site about lyrics and there meanings. we want to kno what a song means not whether you liked the solo. stop trying to show off teh fact that music is powerfull to you than the lyrics. this is about lyircs. geez
