I agree with Saint. This could also mean, that our eagles - our leaders/idols, could be watching over us, as if they knew they were going to cash in with a fortune, and as soon as they know they've lost their followers, they crash and burn. |

I know Jake Bannon has been vegetarian for a long time, he actually influenced me into that lifestyle as well, so the may provide some emphasis on this song's message. |

I feel the lyrics are well-written but just need to be closely observed from the reader. I feel this song is about how maybe perhaps on of the band members had felt fallen apart, then brought back together by love, then shattered by losing it.
Or maybe perhaps its about how he fell in love and lost it and would do any thing for it to return. |
