I love Round Are Way so much, one of my absolute favourite Oasis songs, so upbeat and, well, mad for it (yeah I still say that, how very sad!) I think one of the reasons I love it so much is it reminds me of a mate of mine, we used to write this thing called Round Are Way, guess you could call it fanfiction, but it was me and her hanging out with Oasis, The Beatles and a bunch of others, and various weird stuff happened... yeah I know that sounds really sad, but we used to have loads of fun doing it. I've often wondered who Ernie is/was. |

The line "she looked so beautiful I could eat her" is a reference to oral sex, but you probably knew that :) (in Live in New York City John says, "I Did!" afterwards, so it would seem that was what he was implying)
After the WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLL part I always find myself saying "feeling better now, John?" haha yes I am weird :) |

I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves the album Be Here Now, I was kinda shocked at how much criticism the album got... i was absolutely blown away by Be Here Now, I think it's the most amazing album... and the title track makes me think of summer mornings when you go out and you feel like you're the best thing ever, a great feel good song |

I hate to use the word "worst" in relation to the Beatles but this is definitely the worst song they ever did, i hate this song so much, the lyrics make me cringe, and these days they just sound sick, I think it must be Michael Jackson's favourite Beatles song. |

I have a slightly controversial statement to make... I think that Yesterday is a little bit over-rated. I do love the song, and I love the lyrics, but I don't think it is one of the absolute greatest songs of all time, and not one of my favourite Beatles songs. I think it's an excellent song, but I don't think it's one of the Beatles very best. |

This song sums up exactly how I feel about the way the human race is... nothing saddens me more than the amount of hate and intolerance that still exists in the world... and, really, what is so funny about peace, love and understanding? why does it always have to be fighting and killing and hatred... why can't anything be sorted out without those things? the fighting, killing and hatred just spreads more of the same, so surely people should realise it's not the right way. what's so funny about peace, love and understanding?! |

Everyone talks about Paranoid, Stairway and Smoke On the Water having the best riffs of all time, and while they are classics, for me, Best Riff Ever has to go to Day Tripper. I so wish I could play it on guitar, unfortunately I can't play the guitar to save myself!
