hey..i noticed the other day in this clip. janet keeps changing. one second she has her sparkly jacket on. then it's off. then she has a red hat on. then it's off. then she's just wearing a shirt. i don't know if this was done on purpose.? or not. and on the bands website. when they have a photo of the crew from this video clip. someone in the crew is wearing janets red hat. yeah..just weird things i notice. great song.! i dance to it often. |

i always thought this song was about a marriage gone wrong. and how the hubands abuses her in some way, and she know's its bad and that she should stay away (Stay away from the burning house,Once you get inside you'll never get out) but she loves him (But you just love the demon with the poison dart). then it goes to far one day..and he kills her. (Nothing says 'forever' like our very own grave) i think that line is also referring to wedding vowes. "theres nothing left to see, turn out the light" all of HER is gone, he has destroyed her...she no longer has a life..so she wants it to end. that's my opinion anyway. |

this is my favourite song. and i LOVE it so. it makes me FEEL so much. and i could listen to it forever. defintly about breaking out of the frame, and not conforming. |
