I think that this mainly applies to christianity but it can also work for every religion in a way because of the whole blind faith thing and i think that maynard might be kind of bashing religion or people who believe in a religion (judith) because i downloaded this thing on limewire of him givivng this whole schpeal about how religion is a bunch of bullshit because people have fucked religion in general up, well actually i'll just quote him "I'd like to take a moment and talk about how I feel, a lot of people throughout history have had moments of clarity, shared those moments, and entire religions were kinda founded on those principles, real simple things like unity, their connection with eachother, evolving thoughts, choosing compassion over fear, very pure ideas, and then what happens is some asshole who tries to make some money or gain some power on it, you end up having these world wide religions and all those things that were talked about but, buddah, ghandi, krishna, jesus, the ideas get kinda fucked up because people put their fingers in it and fuck it all up, this song is about those assholes who fucked it all up" and then it ends there so i don't know what song he's talking about but it might be this one if anybody knows then comment please i would like to find out |

ok you are all stupid except for furioku and random hero, your supposed to comment on the damn song not how you think the band sounds, if you don't have anything intelligent to say like oh this band is "sucky" then you shouldn't be commenting on it
I totally agree with furioku in the sense that he is describing what it's like to be a loner or someone who doesn't feel like they belong at all, it might also be talking about a drug habit but most likely not, i'm just thinking aloud, and the line "When it feels like I’m towin' the line" means that he feels like he has all of these problems dargging him down or holding him back from what he wants to do or become (maybe a drug addiction) but the singer is saying that he has been there or is there and knows what the person is going through |

Yeah good observation i never would of spotted that one, do you think theres a connection, and toolapc is an idiot i agree totally with dirty magic, i don't know of any band where i like every one of the songs, thats just plain retarded to say that you have to like every song |
