I disagree with everyone who says this isn't a very good song. This song, in my opinion, is amazing. Mike Portnoy wrote it, and it's about him and his battle with alcoholism. It's a very great song, and its' one of my favorites off the new album. |

I know it may seem funny but whenever I heard this song for the first couple times, I thought they said "All the Dixon People" not "Politics and Evil" and still, when I listen to it and read the lyrics it still sounds like "People" not "Evil" but I will go with what the lyrics say. |

To me, it seems like Disturbed are protesters, along with alot of other people with their fists in the air "You will remember the night you were struck by the sight of
Ten Thousand fists in the air" and they are basically telling everyone that doesn't agree with them that they should just walk away "If this disturbs you then walk away" |
