| i dont care what anyone else said about this song. the meaning is so simple to me. The song is called perfect disguise because whoever he is singing about fooled him. whether its a girl he liked or a person he trusted, the person presented themselves as a person he could trust (perfect disguise) but later turned out to be someone with no integrity. after he realized that he couldnt trust this person he realized the person presented themselves with a perfect disguise. I can relate to this through a girl i just splitted from that i now realize is all about first impressions but i can understand how it could be about anyone who knows what the best personality to present themselves in to a specific person but really is a devious person at heart. integrity is very important to value. If you dont have integrity then who are you really. a person with perfect disguise. and the song should be longer but would it really accomplish anything more than it already has? this song is beautiful. | |

| i dont think this song is neccessarily about ignoring because most of the people in this song dont ignore the things theyre focused on. its about the fact that they cant do anything about any of the situations and if they tried it would result in failure or a meaningless act. It is most apparent when he says he is skiny when hes standing but hes buddha when he sits. when he is standing or taking action hes skinny or doesnt have much to offer. when hes buddha he already knows that whatever he does wont matter so he is enlightened to this fact by doing nothing. further he says if hes truly so enlightened whyd i waste ur time on it. this goes along with what i just said. by writing the song he is "standing" but if he was enlgihtened he would not have written the song but just would have stayed seated. deep shit. depressing yet honest. its why they say ignorance is bliss. however if youre ignorant youre a fucking asshole. | |

this song intrigues me because the name he uses i believe rock scissors probably has the true reason why molly was used but if anyone didnt know molly is slang for an mdma tab which is ecstacy i know max claims hes only "smoked pot" but i believe this song could be about drug addiction where as in molly represents his addiction |

this song is classic horse with its technical synth and guitar but it has its own sound with its beating pulse throughout the song as far as what the song means its obviously comparing a person to a manatee hence manateen if you dont know what a manatee is its pretty much a worthless blob that hangs around coastlines and is endangered because they are too stupid to avoid getting hit by boats but the person is talkign about how he wishes he could make something of himself but realizes hes a fat mess and doesnt care if he lives or dies cause no one else really cares great song tohugh |
