I saw in an earlier post that someone didn't like the line "all over your brand new rug"...well, I think that having a line like that is better than putting something in that has been used in so many other songs. Have you ever heard that line used anywhere else? It also gets your attention b/c you're like "huh?" and then you want to hear it again. |

I don't thinkt this is about suicide at all. It's more like he's reflecting on how his death will effect his loved ones and what's going to happen after. I also think he's swaying he's not afraid since they are "celebrating" and he knows he's going to heaven. |

I think that they might be referring to the hypocrites of the world and how now, more than ever, money has taken top billing in life. Saying that, what's one way to prove your "rich"? Buying fur jackets and what-not? So, maybe it's a little of both. They are saying the evil people who think being rich is important enough to kill animals and wear them around their bodies need to realize that end in the end being rich won't matter. You won't go to heaven for having huge sums of money. |

I think, more than likely, it's a break up song. Better done than most. I mean the words heart and apart weren't used! That makes it better than the rest already. I think it's a break up song b/c it says "lay a place for us to sleep eternally together" and that sounds more like relationship love than family love and when they sing about their dad it usually comes off alittle angry and this one is just sad. Also b/c it says "i wake in the nights to find there's no one there but me.." I mean, you wouldn't wake up beside your dad, woudl you? |

The Life version is the one with Falling Away. The Death version has Meet My Maker. Hopefully by now everyone knows the bonus song is called "Wounded" |

Well, honestly I don't think the title of the song is that deep. I believe is was just named Change b/c of the line in the song that says "You can't change the way you feel.." I think this song is basically self-explanatory. |

Joel didn't sing this song. Benji did. If you listen to both of the songs one right after the other, there isn't much of a difference. I'm not sure about the meaning of this song, though. Any opinions? |

They didn't sell out. Just b/c they have become more popular and stupid girls drool over them doesn't mean they sold out. Anyway, this song is basically as straightforward as you can get. he loved a girl, she was with someone else and he killed the dude. In a nutshell, he was nuts and he went off the deep end. |
