Sounds like meaningless sex to me. "You only quote these lines, but I'll be fine. I'll only recite mine, until I'm gone without a trace. It's just a matter of time." So they just follow a sort of set exchange without their own feelings, really, and he knows he'll end up gone, and doesn't care. And followed by "strip for me as I strip/have stripped (it changes depending on the part of the chorus) for you", It seems to follow a certain trend... Oh, and I , too, was reminded of Stripped by DM. I love that song, and so another excellent song that reminds me of that one is very welcome. |

It's almost definitely not BA. Interscope is the one who handles these kind of things. It's good for record sales, so Interscope does it. Anyway, for some reason this song reminds me of drag queens, though I'm guessing that's not what it's about. o.O |

I think it's about sex. I don't get how people think it's about religion. "Forever forget your restraint"? Religion? "desecrating our sanctuaries" sounds like sex to me, since "your body is a sanctuary" or whatever. And "show me heaven" doesn't necessarily mean heaven literally, it could just mean something that is desired or whatever. (mental blockage on wording.) Davey likes metaphors, and I see no reason why he would suddenly change that. Plus, if it was about religion, don't you think there would be different artwork for the single? |

what exactly is wrong with B12, I have to wonder, if this song was from the older album, would you still say it was awful? Just because more people have heard it doesn't make it any worse. i hate people like that, think they're better just because they've heard about something longer makes them think they're better. I also hate the people who don't know that there's another album besides Three Cheers, and those who are only like " OMG!!!!!!!!! GeRaLD WaY is so HOTT!!!" I hate that, hate it, hate it, hate it. So I'm not siding with that kind of person just because I'm opposing the older fans who think they're greater than everyone else because of that. |

If MCR were go back to being unpopular, even though there wouldn't be all the posers who only like the songs w/ the music videos etc., some people just would never hear about it that end up liking all the music, not being any different from the older fans, except that they found out about it later. Those people are not any worse than the older fans. Gerard Way even says, "We've always seen elitism as a negative thing, even before there were fans. We've always been very open about talking about how much we hate it" Please don't think of all newer MCR fans as posers. Anyway, it isn't possible, so you might as well stop whining about it. |

| the crying out from the grave chorus thing does not make sense, why "I miss you more than I did yesterday", then, and why, in the first part, "you're beautiful"? Does that sound like something a dead baby would want to say? It seems so much more likely that the song is from the point of view of the girlfriend and she is talking to the guy who left her. Also, it seems to me that the story is sympathetic to the girlfriend, and that would'nt be true if it was pro-life like that. Maybe it being sympathetic to her is just me, but that is how it seems to me. oh, and "If you were here, I'd never have a fear". That sounds like someone left on their own, not a dead person. | |

| I wish they had lyrics for it in booklet (or whatever you're supposed to call it) I like it ok by itself but it is awesome how it leads into Thank You for the Venom, makes it muchmuch better. Just wish the album was longer. | |

| Some people say the accent on "check into the Hotel Bella Muerte" is good, I have a really hard time with it because I'm almost positive the two L's should be pronounced like a Y. I like the song, though. Creepy, but pretty. Maybe Life on the Murder Scene will explain more of this. | |

I love this song, but then I love every single mcr song I've heard by MCR. The teenage pregnancy thing does work, and somehow a band of all guys manages to say " And don't I look pretty walking down the street. In the best damn dress I own?" without sounding totally weird. The song has so much emotion and is beautiful, though sad. |
