In a perfect world, bands like simple plan wouldnt exist.I hate the fact that bands as crappy as simple plan makes a living in the music industry while real musicians struggle.Cheezey lyrics and crappy riffs.I guess thats what you need to be a musician.Maybe people dont have to be good to have a career,maybe i should hire someone that never cooked before to be a chef.
You guys probably also listen to stuff like headley, Good charlotte and sum 41.And should i also add that these bands suck ass.Its because of people like you that there is mtv and that we will never see talent rise up. |

Syd barrett is the best....alot of people dont know that much about him and what he has done. And if you talk to someone and ask them about Pink floyd, they will probably tell you stuff like the wall dark side of the moon. or David Gilmore, roger waters,Richard wright or Nick Mason. But th real one behind pink floyd is Syd. I mean pink floyd wouldnt exist if he wasnt there.He's the one that named the band, hes the one who wrote the songs, and if he never was in the band, therre wouldnt be the songs wish you were here or shine on you crazy diamond and a bit of the wall. So if you ask me, Syd is the one who revolutionised rock music.

Listen to the back vocals in the chorus....there's a girl and another guy. The guy is saying the words of time but it still sounds great, thats why i like modest mouse they can make the weirdest things sound great. the begining is also like that....if you heard the same thing but made by someone else it just wouldnt be the same. i mean the chords are sloppy but to the ears it sounds like gold. How can Isaac do this???? |
