| Meriwether – Aye Julian Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| Actually... It's from a girl's perspective. then it switches back to the guy's perspective. It's about a girl and she caught her boyfriend cheating on her. then he says he's sorry and he wishes that he could buy her all the flowers in the world to make it up to her..and that he's not a perfect man. Then the guy describes his girlfriend that is saying the chorus and how she was just there and they fell in love but he was in love with another girl (the perfume chick) but the girl is saying "love was not there" between the perfume girl and the guy. Then it goes back to the girl talking about how he cheated and then back to the guy asking julian if it's over. ending the song with "Wish that I could buy you all the flowers in the world" is repeating the fact that he's sorry and is in love with her. | |
