Yes: Amazingly fresh, with some really cool strings and pulsing guitar. Great stuff. CSC: A jamfest. Unexpectedly mellow for such a rockin' song. |

| Coldplay – Lovers in Japan/Reign of Love Lyrics | 17 years ago |

Beautiful song with a great, jangling piano and powerful underlying guitar and bass. Basically about cherishing life and love as much as you can, to me. Reign of Love is just one of those nice, sparkling piano ballads that Chris does so well with that basically shows a flipside of love: Trying to cherish and embrace it but being unable to, and missing the opportunity. |

| Fantastic, fantastic song. This is my new anthem. I love it. And Scrubs. But especially this song! | |
| Train – Get To Me Lyrics | 20 years ago |

Here's what I think of the song, in a regular, musical aspect: Just fine lyrics, nice and good. Melody itself, could use some fixin'... All right, I'll call it. The way I see it, it's just a guy who's missing his girlfriend, while she's away at... God knows where, but she's coming home to him soon, and he's just expressing his happiness for her homecoming. |

| Train – Calling All Angels Lyrics | 20 years ago |

It's just about how our "perfect" world really needs some fixin'. "I need a sign to let me know you're here 'Cause my TV set just keeps it all from being clear" Talking of the confusing pseudo-reality created by the possibilities shown in television. And, of course: "In a world that what we want is only what we want until it's ours" Kind of just showing the greed, the absolute need to have more of today's society. The person singing is so lost in such a confused world, that he's "calling all angels", asking the heavens above for help with the problems of today. *Wubz this song!* ^_^ |

| Billy Joel – I've Loved These Days Lyrics | 20 years ago |
|
This is really a pretty obvious song, as to its meaning. How can we have strayed so far from the true pleasures of this world? Instead, we blind ourselves from the beauty, by indulging ourselves in meaningless, worldly pleasures. As he put it, "We'll get so high... and get nowhere." A great song, in its meaning, and in its delivery. |

| Billy Joel – Leningrad Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| What can you really say about this song? Admittedly, yes, that's what it means... But, really, you can barely even put this songs into words. This is one of Billy Joel's most moving songs, and it struck me as incredible. | |
