does this make anyone else think of a friend's with benefits relationship? better off as lovers they can use each other, while keeping their close-knit friendship You're all wrong, Are we all wrong? obvious... is what they're doing not right? Come Hell or high water, when I’m feeling hot and wet, I can’t commit to a thing, be it heart or hospital, he can't commit to a real relationship with this girl, though he might want to. The tombstones are waiting, They were half engraved, They knew it was over, Just didn’t know the date. obviously this can't go on forever. one of them will become taken or fed up with being used. And I cast a spell over the West to make you think of me, The same way I think of you, This is a love song in my own way, Happily ever after, below the waist. maybe this girl really does like him and want to be with him, but he's content with staying friends with benefits. they can be perfect just messing around and staying best friends. maybe i'm way off base here. oh and taxis are kind of notorious for scandals happening in the back seat. |

Hm. This could easily be heychris or miss myspace. i think it sounds more like myspace girl though. it's all about being cheated on. and we walk the plank on a sinking ship they took a chance on something that would never work, such as trying to have a relationship with someone from myspace. |

tongues on the socket of electric dreams when the sewege of youth drown the spark of my tears his dangerouns aspiriations and dreams were only stabilized by the supposed 'sewege of youth' [drowns the spark] of his tears so even though people were condemmed for listening to them the fans still kept FOB alive, even though it was dangerous he sounds very dissapointed in himself and who he's become. noone wants anything to do with. and he tries so hard [carries carats for everyone to see] |

Yeah, the overdose thing makes total sense in this song, though slightly disguised by condescending teenage romances. Hum halleighlujah, not just referencing the song he was listening to at the time of OD, but also praising the fact that he's still alive. We're a bull, your ears a china shop. The news of pete's OD emotionally crushing a lot of their fans. etc. etc. listing more would probably be redundant. |

| Fall Out Boy – I'm Like a Lawyer with the Way I'm Always Trying to Get You Off (Me and You) Lyrics | 19 years ago |

last years wishes are this year's apologies (ie maybe he promised to marry this girl, and now he's apologizing for not marrying this girl) the last chance part at the beginning is sarcastic its always his 'last chance' the new face of failure... they're like an old couple experiencing divorce. 'prettier and younger' but still its hard on both of them the 2nd verse sounds like possibly alcoholism? collect the bad habits you couldn't bear to keep out of the woods she couldn't hide her dependance? the metaphorical tree (they're relationship) is stained by (amaretto) sour what they had isn't as beautiful because of the drinking i LOVE the baby girl with eyes the size of baby worlds line |

| Fall Out Boy – The Take Over, the Breaks Over Lyrics | 19 years ago |

this song was tough the first verse tells me that his girlfriend/significant is accusing him of letting the fame get to him he claims he hasn't changed at all except for the added paparazzi they dont fight fair... maybe implying they fight harshly with words? widow or divorcee... she'd rather the former pete die than marry this person she thinks is the new pete? if that makes sense at all... not sure about the doing it in the dark part. |

threes across the board i think is reference to their critic's rating. we took threes across the board But by fall we were a cover story "Now in stores" they started out mediocre but with one hit everyone loved it. "Now in stores" i think they are mocking because they had been available since the summer |

this is definitely a drug reference. dialated eyes nose bleeding (her nose runs ruby red) young hollywood (notorious for their coke use, ie lindsay lohan) and obviously the title is a reference to the party scene. |
