I believe The Unforgiven is the better one of the three.
I think there is much more emotion in the original and a lot less crap. But i do like this one more then the Second... (god did i ever hate reload...) |

i think it has a bit to do with depression..
I have depression and the best thing to do is just do anything to keep your mind off of what ever is bothering you for me was money, bills, school grades, girlfriends, friend ect.. and i did anything to help me forget about my problems, like bass guitar, working overtime , but drinking was the most i did.
but i def. feel this song. |

yeh... don't say shit about this band. They are one of the greatest bands of all time. Rush is up there with Kiss, Rolling stones and Beatles for most Records sold. Geddy Lee is the most inspiring bassist out there. |

who ever said they mocked the people in the video is wrong... why would they mock Hendrix, they all have a tatoo of him. if you go to video.google.com it has aol Rhcp, and it show them playing live, and has them talking about the new album. They did not come up with the video, it was their video director, he wanted to show rock n roll history, starting from late 50s to now. |

Well heres my two cents... im only a grade 10 student in Ontario, Canada and I'm no historian, but just from what i know the british did wear red and the americans did wear blue. its real hard to make sense of the nationality of the people attacking the Natives. When i first started thing hard about this song only two nations came to my mind, France and Spain, they both wore Blue and were first to arrive in the Americas. But still with that in mind, its still hard to tell wether its French or spainish. the spanish did slaughter an entire civilization but im not sure if the Aztecs were a cree. And im not sure about French either because the french allied up with the natives real easy, but there probably were some fights between them. But im pretty sure it was not British or Americans... it makes more sense as Spainish (sorry for the spelling mistakes) |

This is probably the song that made me pick up a bass, I wouldnt say Cliff Burton is the best bass player in the world but him and Steve harris are the best Metal bassists. there are other Great bass players out there, (Les , Flea, Geddy, ect) but noone can compare to Cliff burton's bass solo, not only that but all the amazing harmonys in the old metallica songs. |
