I cant believe no one has left a omment here. but It IS a rather hard song to decipher. If im not mistaken i think it has a slight bit of focus on God, possibly saying you betrayed god "the one whos placed you above us all" makes it seem to hold higher meaning then just a betrayel of a friend. Musings anyone? |

This song is for the most part straight forward. He imagined the love of his life, his one source of comfort, and after countless amounts of therapy he realizes she wasnt real, he tries to commit suicide to escape her where he realizes that by dying he wont escape her he finally gets to be with her. |

This song holds so much meaning than has been recognized here. I love the "Ten minutes before you got here..." as well, bu everyone seems to have failed to see that he didnt jump. He was contemplating it. Had she not shown up, he would not have jumped, not that time anyway. But he knes the pain and knew that if there was anyone able to take away her pain, it was he.
That sentiment speaks louddly to me, it also makes me so afraid. I always become drawn to those people who have been wronged, those people who need someone to protect them. Those people who need some to save them from the edge. I fall for these people, and it makes me fear the possibility that I care too much. These Relationships never end up working out. The only think i can hope while we part is that the love id given, has been enough to save them from this edge. I could sit here and ramble on forever about the power this song hold to me, how beautiful it is, but few people if anyone will probably even read this comment as is.

I'm sorry to most people here, i dont thinkk this is religious, you cant trully understand the song until your in the position that the character is.
Its about seperating from a relationship, divorce possibly but probibly not, and how nothing he does is good enough and he cant take the arguing, it starts to get better but then immediately gets worse, and the only way to stop the carousel is to step off, to seperate...sometimes its better for both parties |

I am glad its here, because i wanted to see if anyone held any signifigance, but i am afraid this instrumental probably has little signifigance OTHER than the connection between SSTB and Good Apollo 4...The intro songs, are the same, the only difference being that this version SSTB is lower quality as if its being played from some from of phonograph. |

I am not sure if anyone here has said this yet, but as i have come to understand it, "Star IV" is the home of the Prise' (those that make sure God's will is carried out in the keywork) and the signifigance of the statement "Then tonight, goodnight, I'm Burning Star IV" is The writer saying what he is planning for his story next. as Claudio burns "Star IV". |
